When registering an account or making a collection order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and optional order notes solely to fulfill your meal preparation.
We process personal data under UK GDPR legitimate interest to prepare food orders, notify you of collection readiness, and maintain dietary allergy records. We never sell customer data to third parties.
Customer session tokens and passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing protocols. Payment card details are processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway (Stripe) and are never stored on our local servers.
